At seventeen, Astrid Hall had one goal-finish her final year at the prestigious Harrow Institute of Education quietly, invisibly, and without drama. For two years, she'd perfected the art of being unnoticed in the corridors of Europe's most elite school, where wealth and genius collided in designer uniforms and whispered legacy admissions. Orphaned in all but name, Astrid grew up fast. Her mother died when she was twelve. Her father vanished without a trace soon after.
