When life gives you thunderstorms, you just have to learn to play in the rain. When Angela has to pick up everything in sunny California, and go to rainy Seattle Washington, her life runs turns a 360. Now she lives with her dad that she has never met, and here allergies keep her inside whenever it rains (Which is almost everyday)
Then she meets Dylan and her life may not be turn out to be as bad as she thinks. Because of her depression, she tries to push Dylan away. But when Angela allows him to reach her heart, he teaches Angela how to be happy again, and how to play in the rain.
