Olivia has a knack for finding out stories that will sell. Everyone at the Coral Nook Publishing Studio knows it. As assistant of the CEO, Olivia has proven her worth at every turn, forever grateful to be mentored by William D'Souza. But now, after 4 years, William is retiring and his son Julian is taking over as CEO. Julian - Olivia's secret crush. Julian - Olivia's brother's best friend. Julian - who has never looked at her as anything more than his friend's sister. Note: This is the first draft of this story. I'm posting as I write so that I don't lose motivation. Once the writing is complete, I will be editing it.

Julian Vane is rich, powerful and a billionaire CEO. Five years ago, Julian believed a simple lie: that Anya Solas was a cheap gold-digger. He broke her heart, cutting her out of his life without a second thought. Then he married his cold corporate rival, Veridia, to protect his empire. Anya left with nothing but her shame and a secret: A son. Caleb. Now, Julian is back not for her, but because he needs something from Anya's company. He is still wearing Veridia's ring, and the old fire between them is a dangerous risk. Anya has moved on. Her life is safe and she's with her good, honest boyfriend, Ethan. She refuses to let the billionaire destroy her again. "Whatever we had, Julian, it died the night you walked away." But a drunk, painful night of messy passion changes everything. Julian doesn't remember the woman he slept with... but he can't forget the way she felt. And when he discovers Caleb, he finally sees the cost of his own pride. "He has your eyes," Anya whispers. Julian's world stops. "He's... mine?" He was wrong. He was blind. He threw away the only thing that ever mattered. Now Julian must fight his own family, his marriage, and the woman who owns half his empire. "I won't lose you again, Anya. Or my son." "You lost us the moment you believed a lie." It won't be easy to win her back. But Julian Vane doesn't lose. He will have his family. He will have Anya. No matter the cost.
