so this starts off by Derek choosing Addison over Meredith.A lot of tragic things happen to meredith which makes derek realize he loves her but never tell her...after all the tragic things meredith decides to quit sgmw and work at Hopkins anonymously what will happend when meredith and Amelia become best friends their and when she finds out about her tumor she has to see Derek again!!
