She wanted to prove to her husband she was as good as he was. After arguing, without thinking in one night - she lusted with two, handsome men. Did she regret it? No. At least initially.

"Risking is better than regreting"

------------------

Montgomery and Cameron want to become professional hockey players. So they attend a recruiting event, where they are assigned to two different teams. They fight among themselves to please the committee as much as possible. In the audience is a coach who wants to create a new field hockey team, and add it to the NHL to also show her husband that she is a good coach, or even better than him. Harper (the coach), after watching the last game for that day, goes to the bar where she finds both last teams.

**ORIGINAL VERSION, NO LONGER ACTIVE BUT COMPLETED** *spoilers if you are reading current version* Jake Mitchell wanted nothing more than to be the nameless guy you pass on the way to your afternoon chemistry lecture every Friday. Familiar, but unknown at the same time. Just enough recognition to remember, but knowing so little that you make up stories for him in your head. That's the only reason he took the offer from Everett University to be a left-wing forward on their Division 1 hockey team. A forgotten team really. Dead last in their league and close to dead last in the division. It was just something to help pay the tuition, but nothing much to get any recognition. He gets to keep playing hockey, he can afford to go to an out-of-state school, and he can remain unknown. It's his perfect game plan. Or well it was. Until the worst possible series of events happens. The team wins their first game in 13 years, shocked fans catch Jake talking to a popular pro player after a game, and an unfortunate tweet blows up. All leading to Jake's face being plastered on every Twitter feed, Instagram story, and social media outlet that you can think of. His worst nightmare comes to life in real time. Now with the help of his team, he has to figure out how to deal with his newfound fame while trying to get his bachelor's in chemical engineering and win as many damn hockey games as he possibly can before time runs out and he has to run again. Except, maybe this time he won't have to.

"This was a bad idea," Benny paced back and forth in the room. "It's not that bad," Will assured him. "Yes, it is!" the man was this close to pulling his hair out. His hands were already tangled into the short tuffs. "They're a horrible match, there's no chance of them getting together, let alone staying together, and - DID THEY JUST KISS?!" * Jasper Copperwright is a prodigy. At 21, he's already looking at inheriting his father's multibillion dollar technology company. His intelligence is highly sought after. And with brains, also comes looks that he was blessed with. Men and women everywhere are willing to throw themselves at this handsome devil. It's a shame that they all get met with heartbreak. While they might be fun for a night or two, none of them are worthy of a commitment. Damien Klein is a 19-year-old college student from Germany. He somehow convinced his strict parents to let him go to school at the University of Amor. Dramatic, stubborn, and not one to bite his tongue, Damien keeps his everyday life private from his parents and family. For all they know, he is just going to school to become an editor. Neither of them would have thought that they would meet up. After all, they're both from two different backgrounds. One was able to get whatever he wanted, and the other had to keep everything about himself hidden. When they do find each other, Jasper can't help but be intrigued by the young man, along with the stories he winds up writing. Stuck up Jasper is only going to get in this sassy blond's pants if he is somehow able to look past his own ego and take things a little slower. This writer knows how to hook someone in, but is he able to keep him at the edge of his seat until the very last page? After all that goes down, does he really want to? * Standalone of the "Impress Me Not" series. Third book, if you want to read them in order. Completed!

The Wildcats and Falcons have an irrefutable rivalry that's never been questioned. Alexander "Lex" Hope is the captain of the Falcons basketball team. And Ivan Petrov, the star player of the Wildcats. They're the spearheads of their town's basketball rivalry, causing havoc every time they butt heads. After his homophobic father kicks him out for being gay, closeted Ivan Petrov has no choice but to move in with his biggest rival, Lex Hope. What he first believes to be a temporary arrangement becomes his permanent residence. And the self-obsessed playboy Lex Hope seems... kinder (and harder to resist) than Ivan expects. Despite his local stardom, life isn't easy for Ivan. He has enough to deal with : an alcoholic father, a dying mother, and now: sharing a room with his nemesis. Overwhelmed, all Ivan can now do is live with hope. Quite literally. Suddenly, Ivan not only has to worry about Lex winning the Wildcats-Falcons match, but also Ivan's trust and - most importantly - his heart. Maybe that line between love and hate isn't so thick after all.
