Peace is but a fragile whisper in the passage of time-ephemeral, slipping through our grasp before we even realize it's gone. I never truly understood how fleeting it was until now. After a century of silence, the Cardinal Sins have returned, one by one, their shadows creeping back into the world. For as long as history has been written, this battle has raged, but this time, there is no Lightbearer to drive them into the abyss. Magic lingers in nearly every soul, yet even that may not be enough. We are not eternal... and neither is our hope.

This story is one of three parts that will be added with time. Been in the works for a while and after a full rewrite I'm happy to finally reintroduce this series. The next act is finished however it still requires heavy editing.
