The story follows a girl who sits next to a boy at lunch, despite being distant and silent. The boy is initially confused and irritated by her behavior, but when he notices a bruise on her face, he asks about it. She explains that she is a victim of bullying and feels like a shadow, unable to stand up for herself because she is overshadowed by the drama and expectations of others. She believes boys are blessed because they don't have to face the same struggles. The boy, however, shares that boys also experience pain and struggles, but they hide it better. He reveals he is like the shadow in her story, struggling with social anxiety. The girl is surprised, and they both come to understand that everyone, regardless of gender, faces their own battles.
