Gerard Way and Frank Iero, two high school students of the Belleville High School, discover they share a telepathic connection that grows stronger the more they try to ignore it. Their search for answers leads them to The Whispering Tome, a mysterious bookstore where they learn about soul bonds-rare psychic connections that don't happen by chance.
As they dig deeper, they realize they've been marked by an unknown force tied to San Eladio's past. When Gerard touches an ancient coin, a symbol burns into his skin, triggering strange visions and an irresistible pull toward something unseen.
Following this force, they arrive at Blackwood Station, an abandoned railway stop. There, the symbol on Gerard's hand activates, revealing a matching sigil on the floor. Before they can react, reality shifts-and the station disappears, taking them with it.
Now, trapped in the unknown, Gerard and Frank must uncover the truth about their bond and the force that won't let them go.
