Scarlett's life seemed like a dream, being the only girl on a boys' college hockey team, she was living what every young athlete fantasized about. But the reality wasn't as glamorous as people thought. When she first joined, she faced doubt, whispers, and judging looks both on the ice and in the stands. She wasn't just proving her skill, she had to prove she belonged at all.
But Scarlett wasn't one to back down. She wasn't there to just fill a spot, she was there to dominate. After showcasing her assets in the first few games, her place on the team was no longer questioned. She had earned her spot.
