Abigail Patel has spent her whole life protecting her younger brother, Kiran. After losing their parents young and bouncing from one foster home to another, the only constant in her life has been him. Now at twenty-five, she's working long hours at a jewelry store to put him through college, determined to give him the stability they never had.
