However, when the prestigious Jackson Stephans is murdered in cold blood, no one knows what to believe about them anymore? Who would want to murder a community hero, loving father and husband?
When sixteen- year old Candice Stephans starts to suspect foul play, she devises a plan and goes into detective mode to uncover the truth. But what happens when she digs up secrets someone worked hard to bury? The closer she gets, the more she starts to receive threats, unknown phone calls, and even messages at school warning her to stop digging for answers or else.
