This is book one of the Where the Darkness Hides series. The purpose of my posting this story on this website is for peer opinions/constructive criticism on how to improve the story.
Story summary: Forced to finish a demon-war his ancestors started, Lukas must grapple with the challenges of leading a shattered army, and find a way to mend his wavering sanity. With the threat of the darkling army rapidly approaching, can the heroes find the legendary "Life Flower", the source of all life on earth, before it falls into enemy hands. Should it be destroyed, so will reality.
