Jennifer "Jen" Mitchell. Daughter of Grant Mitchell and Sharon Watts, with the latter abandoning her and her older brother, Adam, when they were younger. But, behind the tough exterior lies a girl who has seen too much, felt too much, and trusted too little. Seeing her dad mistreat Tiffany, seeing Grant change, hiding Carla's abuse from Grant, Grant divorcing Carla when he finds out, helping take care of her sister Courtney, etc. But with each hurdle, Jen comes back as stronger than ever.

Ryan Beale. Son of Ian and Cindy Beale. Triplet brother to Lucy and Peter. The bad boy of the square as he is known to cause trouble. The Beale family's black sheep, a street-smart, rebellious teen with a reputation that follows him.
