(November 2025 update: I'm discontinuing this story as I don't find it interesting and just blatantly weird now - a lot of the things I based the plot off of are controversial and I don't want to encourage that as a writer, but if you enjoy stories like this, I *will* keep writing!)

Shelly has always been curious and lonely.

Ever since the moment she saw it, rotting and deceased, she's dedicated every moment since to her research on toons and more importantly - ichor. The repulsing stench that fills their little bodies only infatuates her the more she witnesses it. Vee joins her alongside Shelly's research, as if to find the root cause of her best friend, Astro's sickness.

But maybe, just maybe, they'll let themselves get caught in their feelings along the way.
