He was supposed to give her the engagement ring but now he's keeping it for himself because she died.

There is, however, a miracle this December. He was endowed with a special ability. He has the ability to change the course of time. He can return it once, but can't move on to what happens afterwards. Will she live if he travels back in time? Will she still die? Will he still have her by his side?
