It was always the same excuse they gave to them both, as they received the heartache of news, time after time, "Maybe it's just not meant to be" from all the other nurses and doctors. But neither Sorscha or Marielle wanted to believe that it wasn't meant to be.
All Sorscha and Marielle had ever dreamed of, since they were kids and played together was to one day have kids. The laughter they shared when they also saw all the children in the nursery, but they would wish for one second....
