Of Land and of Sea

It has been two years since Alex was asked whether she wanted to stay on land with her dad, or live in the water with her mother. Since then she has taken on a fake name, met her soulmate, and adjusted to life out on the reef. Now her time in the sea is up and has to adjust back to her old life. Now she just has to balance the call of the ocean, with being a student, an athlete, and in a relationship... with a human.
