Bonds of Sun & Moon (Pokemon Au Espeon X Umbreon)

Ash and Gary's rivalry has always been legendary, and their Pokémon-Espeon and Umbreon-were no different. After years of battling, the two Eeveelutions are left together at Professor Oak's lab when Ash departs for Kalos. Meanwhile, Gary has settled into his new role as a Pokémon researcher, often visiting the lab with Umbreon by his side.

At first, Espeon enjoys the peace, but everything changes when she notices Umbreon acting differently around Serena's Sylveon, a Pokémon with a warmth and gentleness that Espeon has never received from him. As jealousy and hidden emotions surface, Espeon begins to question the nature of her relationship with Umbreon. Was she only ever a rival in his eyes? Or could there be something more?

As Ash and Serena grow closer in Kalos, so too must Espeon and Umbreon learn to navigate their own evolving bond-one that may no longer be defined by rivalry, but by something far softer and more meaningful.
