*This is my original storyline and my OC. This is (hopefully) the first book in a series I will call Whispers in the Dark. It's a darker themed series. I will most likely be writing multiple other starter stories on this account while I have the inspiration.*

Kassidy comes from a tragic upbringing. Born to a shadow and a human. Both of her parents were slaughtered in front of her when she was a baby. Her mortal ones that is. Terrible relationships. Longing for something more than she's ever had, but she hates the world. Her father is the Shadow King. Ruling over the unearthly realm where no human is safe. However, after the tragedy, she was adopted by Bobby Singer at the age of 10.

She hears them at all times of the night... the shadows. Tormenting her mind with their screams. She can SEE them all of the time. But she can control them. Bobby has kept them a secret.. her powers. Her whole life she felt like an outcast because of these powers. Angry inside, tormented every day and night by the voices. Angry and wanting revenge on her father.

That's how she met the Winchester brothers. She helped raise Sam while also getting trained for the life of hunting the supernatural by Bobby. Dean has been her biggest rival since. They hate each other. Always at each others throats. Dean hates her because she's better than him and younger. She hates him because... well she hates him.

Present day and she is off to complete the biggest world saving mission she has ever encountered, but he wants to join.
