This fanfiction is based on my very favorite book series, The Shadow Falls novels by C.C. Hunter. I do not own any of these characters. If you have not read them, you will be confused, as this is meant to be my idea of a continuation of their story, mainly Kylie and Lucas' story.
There are 5 books in the series. It starts with Born at Midnight. Followed by Awake at Dawn. Then, Taken at Dusk. After that, Whispers at Moonrise (which was always my favorite. And finally, Chosen at Nightfall, which wraps up Kylie's story. I wasn't satisfied with the ending, so here we are.
It basically is turning into a smut book the more I write it, but it genuinely makes sense to me for their story to continue this way.
And there are not many of these, which is why I've decided to do it.

Shadow Hunters are people that are half angel half mundane (human). They protect the human word from the demon world, downworlders. Kayla Wayland is Jace Wayland's younger sister. They grew up and was raised together with Alec and Isabelle Lightwood. Their parents took Kayla and Jace in like their own. They trained together, go on missions together, and did everything together. Kayla and Isabelle are parabatai, like Jace and Alec is. The four was best friends had a inseparable bond. What will happen once she comes along and finds out that she is a shadow hunter herself like her mother and learns about the shadow world. What will happen when they find out Valentine is still alive and has Jocelyn Fray; Clary's mother. They and The Clave will do anything to get their hands on the Mortal Cup; the most important thing in the shadow world. Before downworlders do, better yet before Valentine does.
