Book 2 of the Wolfe Series ||WARNING|| There will be mature content in this book. ~~~ "Hey, I don't think you can smoke in here." I tell the mysterious man. He looks at me dead in the eyes and takes another puff of his joint before speaking. "I don't recall needing your permission." Well someone's in a crabby mood. "No need to be mean." I cross my arms and snap out my hip. My long curls falling down my shoulders. "No need to be in my business." I roll my eyes and he smirks at me like he finds this amusing. Get a load of this guy. ~~~ Amelia Daisy Parker "Lia", had just recently moved to New York, after her parents passing, to finish college. She didn't want a reminder of her terrible childhood that her parents brought her, especially her father. She cried when she had to leave Italy at the age of six for a job her dad had gotten in Tennessee. She couldn't quite remember why she was so sad, but she knew she didn't want to leave. She soon bumps into a tall, dark haired, green eyed man at a college basketball game who seems all too familiar. She wants to know him, but at the same time she doesn't. He's rude and grumpy all the time. He knows her, but she doesn't know that. Or at least, doesn't remember. She's all sunshine on the outside and he's all cruel both inside and out. There's no way they'll work. But she soon finds out that he was the very reason that once upon a time, she was a happy and giddy child. That once upon a time...she loved him.
