This is a mature story, but watt pads being stupid right now as of writing this

The day was a very boring day, the meeting dragged on for hours due to several discrepancies in U.Ns script and they forgot to soundproof the walls (again), so there were several loud noises that also disrupted the meeting, but then America got a phone call, the voice on the other end had a thick Russian accent, and it was his mother?!?! but France was in the meeting room..... so who was this mysterious country or was it even a country at all?
