Originally this story was going to be titled "Bad Idea, Right?" like the Olivia Rodrigo song because it is inspired by the song, but I don't think Ms. Rodrigo would be very happy about me using her song title, so "Seeing You Tonight" it is. This story is based on one of my exes and the dynamic we have together even after the relationship. This is set in the 2000s, hence why Carmen and Jasper communicate via MySpace and Skype, and although it's not explicitly stated in the story, Carmen is a cis lesbian (she identified as bi when she and Jasper were together and before realizing she didn't like men) and Jasper is transmasc and bi.All Rights Reserved
