Anastasia Healyn Villegas moves into her grandmother's old house, where every mirror seems slightly... off. She always been warned not to stare at mirrors for too long. "Reflections can steal things," her grandmother once said. But she never believed it-until one day, her reflection doesn't leave when she looks away. Instead, it lingers, watching her.  


Anastasia discovers that her reflection is a different version of her, from a parallel world where everything is reversed-including morality. Her reflection has been waiting for the right moment to switch places, to step into Anastasia's life and take over while trapping her in the mirror forever. When Anastasia tries to fight back, she realizes-the switch has already happened. The people around her don't notice the difference, and the girl in the mirror is no longer trapped

REVOLVING MIRRORS opens with the main character, Tatum Blackwood, delving into her diary searching for her identity through God and her physical appearance. Not being able to find either one, Tatum decides to meet with her therapist, Dr. Codwell, whom she hasn't seen in 12 years, since her mother's death. During her brief but intense session with Dr. Codwell, Tay revisited a relationship that ended with the murder of her affaired lover and shortly after an obvious confession, but not even scratching the surface of what was underneath her pain. After deciding to see her therapist, she needed a good dose of friend therapy. Unfortunately, Tatum still wasn't ready to discuss her real issues, a Black woman with Googled diagnosed anorexia and newly added schizophrenia. So, she decided to do what she always does, divert the conversation to something else. This something was Kurt and Addison. Ending the first volume the same way it began, Tatum finds herself in her diary still confused and running from what was truly troubling her... Him. It was him. Not Addison. Nor Kurt. It was him, and the uncertainty of what truly happened. Was he acting innocently or natively? Could it have been jealousy? Or maybe what was once sweet to him turned bitter. Deciding to finally find out the truth, she grabbed her favorite wand, her strongest crystal, and hurried to see the High Priestess Ade-Ifatayo. Deep down Tatum knew what this divination would show, and that she knew she would have to walk through the door of spirit, into the darkness. Where there are no rules except one, unyielding chaos.
