The present gives rise to distant memories of the past when a girl named Gabrielle died unexpectedly on campus. She said to have drowned herself, but there seems to be more to the story.

I looked up, trying to listen to the man's actions. Then a gloved hand grabbed the edge of the desk and the man's bloody mask appeared in front of me.
