I keep seeing people say they can't afford healthy over junk so I'll share with you some meal ideas. I am Anaphylaxic to dairy and allergic to soy and Gluten so most recipes will be without.

As a young girl she was only happy. Not a care in the world or insecurity to worry about. She was a bigger girl and was teased when she reached 3rd grade.
