If the entire world were conspiring to take the person you loved most away, how far would you go to steal them back?
One of the unfortunate few to fall through the web of the divine and fail to receive the blessing of the Goddess 'Origin', Fena Alexandria's miserable life was slated to end far too soon after it'd begun and so she'd only one wish : To live a peaceful life with her mother.
However, a technological revolution swept the lands of the outside world she'd seen little to nothing of, rejuvenating the 'Era of Shinobi' and spearheading it all was her mother, Melina Alexandria, whose sheer genius shook the four continents to their very cores. They were all taking her mother away from her and she was powerless to intervene.
With that innovation came opportunity. Upon declaring her desire to become a Shinobi herself, Fena's mother had warned her, "The Shinobi world is built entirely upon strength; nothing else matters", which meant that there existed only a singular solution to her problem: Become the ultimate power in the Shinobi world; take her mother back from the thieves who took advantage of her brilliance.
Join Fena as she takes her first steps into a rapidly developing world encountering friends, foes, rivals, Shinobi hunting lunatics and covetous clans all whilst she learns the truth of who she really is herself.

Things were going well until she was caught training a young boy how to throw a good punch in an alley, by none other than the one and only Shirou Ogami. Her past quickly catches up to her as she spends more time with the other immortal, history having a habit of repeating itself, much to her own spite. She learns to accept her losses and move on from the guilt of what happened nearly a thousand years ago. The events of this fanfic are after the anime, just for your information. I hope y'all enjoy.
