Charlotte Rosemary's body was inhabited by the Seraphim "Eden" who's obligation is to balance the scale of human and supernatural but ever since humanity turned to view the unexplained as "work of the devil" their job became difficult and eventually they were demoted from their place believing them to be a "fallen" angel.

Eden had always been the black sheep of the heavens never guided humans but instead guided the supernatural so when the critical point came where humans took "it" too far they returned given the task to set the scales right an eye for an eye, if you conjure harm it will come back 3 times, reap what you sow and so on.

But that isn't the only thing Eden must do as being in the body of Charlotte they must perform the duties of a concubine (a wife), manage human affairs, survive drama and potential death how will they balance their duties as a Seraphim and a forgotten Concubine?
