Veil Of Thorns

Hiya Mehra and Dev Thakur have been at war since the womb. Legend has it that when their moms were pregnant, Hiya kicked first, and Dev kicked back. It's been pure chaos ever since.

Now, years later, their highly intellectual arguments sound like this:

"You're like a cockroach Thakur. No matter how hard I try, I can't get rid of you."
"And you're like WiFi during an important Zoom call-useless and frustrating."

Their families, who should seriously mind their own business, decide to force them to work together, because "Oh, beta, you two would make such a good couple." (Hah. No.)

And that's when disaster strikes.

✔️ Hiya accidentally falls into Dev's arms (he now claims she's obsessed with him).
✔️ Dev accidentally calls Hiya cute (he now claims he had a fever).
✔️ They get accidentally handcuffed together for a day (Hiya may or may not have considered amputation).
✔️ A stupid bet results in Dev wearing a pink saree while Hiya laughs so hard she chokes (justice has been served).

"Admit it, Mehra. You like me."
"I'd rather romance a brick wall."
"Same energy, honestly."

But between all the accidental eye contact, suspiciously romantic moments, and a completely unnecessary shirtless scene (Hiya swears she didn't stare-maybe), something horrifying happens.

They start liking each other.

Too bad their families have already booked the wedding venue.

It's a chaotic, laugh-till-you-cry enemies-to-lovers romance where two idiots go from "I hate you" to "I tolerate you" to "Oops, we might be in love." (Send help.)

"Did you seriously forget my name, Mehra?" Dev snickered
"What? no...Thakur... it's Ansh right?" she asked embarrassedly
"THATS WHAT MY MOM CALLS ME YOU BITCH!"
"So what if I forgot your name, you're not that important anyway." Hiya flipped her hair and walked away "chutiya." (Oops)
