A person can change. Why doesn't anybody ever believe that? I mean we're all different and we can change, just like each second changing each minute. It's normal. It happens to everyone. But people changing, now that's a whole new thing. People changing is a group of individuals all changing at the same time. Now that's weird, at least I think so.
Thomas is no ordinary boy, no. In fact he is one of a kind. Friends turning on you, going from being the most popular kid in school to the most ignored person, parents starting to care less about you, everyone surrounding you, friends, family, just forgetting you even cease to exist and all you have left is just one trustworthy and loyal friend- Any rational person would go insane if all this happened to them all at once, it's impossible, yet none of this effects Thomas. He is determined to find out what's happened to the world he loved; to the people he loved. Why has everything changed so suddenly? But little does Thomas know, his undeniable urge to solve everything that's happened to him could turn his whole world upside down- from weird and wonderful mystical monsters to phony detectives. Will Thomas succeed in this epic journey along with his best friend, Newt by his side? Or will all go completely wrong and not according to plan? (Modern- Day Spin- off)
This is my first ever novel so I am a bit nervous but let's see how it goes! ^,^(I don't mean to spoil anything but I can guarantee that there will be some romance between Thomas and 'you-know-who') *_*

And my god, Newt was petrified by the whole idea. Back in South London he lived with his mother, father, and younger sister Sonya. Ofcourse, That was until his parents got a divorce. Newt and Sonya were sick of living in London, so they moved in with their Grandparents who lived in a small town in Colorado. It was their cheapest option overall. Over the summer Newt decided to get a job at a Café and one day a boy named Thomas comes in with his group of friends and becomes regulars- and becomes friends over the last month of the summer. Since it's a small town, they end up going to the same school. And that, Newt's regular customer Thomas was the one he fell in love with.
