"You come back in one piece, buck." He smiles down at me and sticks his pinky out in front of me, "I promise." The goofy smile on his face made me smile. It was sad but it was still a smile. I locked my pinky around his. "You better be here when I get back," He said. My smile falters a little, "I promise." I whispered back.
