The only thing keeping her from making a move is her friendship with him and her desire not to mess it up. Garrick Tavis is also in his third year at Basgiath. Like Katrina, he's had both her and Xaden by his side. The relics that swirl around their arms and their powerful signets have made the trio a prime target at the war college. While he's close to both Xaden and Katrina, it's always been Katrina, who he calls Kate, that he's turned to first when he's overwhelmed.
