Addyson Kvale, a lighting fast center, is selected to represent Team Canada at the Junior Goodwill Games alongside her talented team - Knox, Kaylee, Brady, Makenzie, Wyatt, Noah, Owen, Ben, Ryan, Kolton, Kaleb, Justin, and goalies Scott and Oliver. As they prepare themselves for the tournament, they all bond and form strong friendships before the tournament.
As Addyson rises to the challenge of the tournament, her speed and determination make her a key player on the team. Off the ice, romance blossoms between her and Adam Banks from Team USA, while her teammates also form unexpected connections-Natalie with charming cowboy Dwayne Robertson, Makenzie with tough but kindhearted Fulton Reed, and Kaylee with the skillful Kenny Wu.
