In an alternate scenario where General Grievous survives the Battle of Utapau, he manages to come back from the dead from his duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi. With his plans in ruins and the Clone Wars at their end, Grievous would go into hiding, avoiding the rising Galactic Empire. Without Count Dooku or the Separatist leadership, he will seek revenge against Palpatine and attempt to rebuild his droid forces elsewhere in the unknown regions. However, with Darth Vader and the Emperor solidifying their rule, Grievous would be a hunted fugitive, forced to survive in the shadows or carve out a new role in the galaxy's changing power structure.

Avengers Wars Episode III: Birth of the Global Empire
Three years after the Clone Wars began and five years after the Avengers formed, Separatist forces led by General Grievous launched an attack on London Coruscant the United Republic capitol. The scheme was aided by a secret intelligence officer who is connected to the criminal underworld who is overheard on Grievous's comm link by Iron Man. The Avengers fend off the Separatists who are weakened after losing a key part of their leadership and the United Republic has a chance to defeat the Separatist and end the Clone Wars once and for all. As Obi-Wan Kenobi, Captain America, Falcon go off to Utapu in South Asia to find General Grievous while Wanda, Vision, Hawkeye and Quinlan Vos go to Kashykk (which is in the Central African jungle) to search for the secret intelligence officer both missions viewed as the key to ending the war once and for all. Anakin Skywalker struggles with dark prophetic dreams, which make him fear that his beloved Padmé Amidala is in danger. With the fate of the galaxy on the edge of a knife, he considers the temptations of the dark side to save her life, but his decision will have disastrous consequences on everyone involved in the war and the fate of the planet.Complete
