In an alternate scenario where General Grievous survives the Battle of Utapau, he manages to come back from the dead from his duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi. With his plans in ruins and the Clone Wars at their end, Grievous would go into hiding, avoiding the rising Galactic Empire. Without Count Dooku or the Separatist leadership, he will seek revenge against Palpatine and attempt to rebuild his droid forces elsewhere in the unknown regions.
