The bond between Earth and Zarautha stretches beyond human comprehension. Were they gods or travelers from a fallen empire? Legends speak of a forgotten war, a messianic emperor who defied eternity, and a weapon capable of devouring souls.

Harper Bancroft, amidst the echoes of the collapsing Soviet Union, unearths a mystery buried in the records of an ancient artificial intelligence. A being known as The Hungry One whispers from the darkness, demanding its tribute. And among the remnants of an intergalactic war, one name lingers with an uncertain fate: Heinrich Wigelboton.

What was lost on that fateful diazul? What sacrifice ensured humanity's survival?

Between fragmented accounts, buried truths, and echoes of extinct civilizations, history weaves itself through the voices of those who still remember. But in the vast emptiness of the cosmos, one warning remains:

-The past never dies. It only waits to be remembered-.

The world is dying. Heaven and Hell have broken and collapsed, creating a post-apocalyptic landscape that is part purgatory, part platonic world of ideas, blighted by the horrors of the human mind. The sun lies dormant in the east, atop God's tower, while the west is plunged into darkness and haunted by all that lives there. There is no day and night cycle, nothing grows, nothing dies, nothing changes, unless magic is involved. Angels hunt creatures for their blood, to feed it to God so he can finish gestating. Demons kill and destroy aimlessly, their origins inexplicable and unknown. Stranger beings wander the ruins of what's left of the world. Humans need not eat or sleep, caught in a state between life and death. They cannot die or be born naturally, but they can be killed and they can be made. The few that survived with their sanity somewhat intact have locked themselves into warded cities, but their protections are feeble and often ineffective. The Order that united them is long gone, broken into factions known only by the sins for which they have fallen. The Houses that protected them are crumbling, falling into ruin as their members were culled down by angels and demons, as well as their own mad quest to save the world; the Pilgrimage, a vain attempt to steal into Eden and murder God himself. Soon, only the Scions will remain. Those that were left not due to merit, but because they were the last choice for being heroes. Those whose memories and minds are as damaged and eaten through as their world. Those who agreed to take on the mysterious Archons within their bodies and, through that contract, had ancient relics and rituals passed down to them. They converge onto a long forgotten neutral ground, trying to save themselves. A heroic journey through a nightmarish wonderland. A pilgrimage to God's tower, to make the world whole again. To cleanse the world of the horrors infecting it. To kill the God who will doom them all with his birth.

SELF PUBLISHED. BUY NOW ON AMAZON https://a.co/d/hPXh35A What if you could read tomorrow's events today? When Ethan Carter, a skeptical freelance journalist, stumbles upon an old, leather-bound diary hidden in his attic, he thinks it's nothing more than an heirloom from his late grandmother. But when the pages start filling themselves with entries-describing his future in unsettling detail-Ethan's world tilts into nightmare territory. At first, the diary seems harmless, even helpful. It predicts small events: a spilled coffee, a forgotten phone call. But as Ethan follows its entries, the predictions grow darker... and deadlier. Each page drags him deeper into a chilling reality where time bends, shadows move when they shouldn't, and a sinister entity watches from the corners of his vision. When a cryptic stranger warns him to burn the book before it's too late, Ethan hesitates. The more he reads, the harder it is to stop. His best friend Harper tries to pull him back, but when the diary predicts her death, she begins to fear him as much as the book itself. Now, Ethan is trapped in a horrifying paradox-does he obey the diary and risk becoming its pawn, or defy it and face the unknown consequences? As the final entry begins to write itself, one truth becomes clear: The story was never his to tell. He was always part of it. Fans of The Silent Patient and The House of Leaves will be riveted by this psychological thriller infused with supernatural horror. Can you trust your own fate when it's already written?
