After experiencing bullying at school and a difficult childhood at home, sixteen-year-old Ivory Ackermann ended up at the Shinto Shrine, where she met her yokai boyfriend, Katsumi. Along with Katsumi's twin brother Kazu, Ivory also met other yokai who are friends with Katsumi. With their assistance, Ivory will now go after her school bullies in the hopes that she will be able to live in peace once more.
