Mobius, formerly known as Earth, is a world full of humans(The first of a kind), Overlanders(The Slight mutation of humans), and Mobians(Evolved anthropomorphic animals that walk and talk like humans). The world has a variety of nature and cities all around in certain areas. However, a phenomenon called the Gavv Wave changed Mobius's atmosphere. Now, all of the civilizations of the past had returned, and many Mobians and citizens of Mobius were shocked to see the old era of Earth reappear in a new form of land outside of their own. Because of this, a new form of organization, Unity Stand, Mobians & Humans, now coexists to ensure the safety of humanity & Mobians-alike.

However, the new threat more powerful than Eggman's machine is Granute, who works for Stomach Inc. to get Dark Snack by secretly capturing humans & Mobians to produce the treats they crave. But then, an exiled family member of Stomach Family was a young boy, Shoko, who is half-Granute & half-human as he now lives on Planet Gaia, a newly established name, as he soon befriends with allies that'll soon fight Stomach Inc.'s Part-Timers, management members, footsoldiers, and soon their leader as Shoko soon discover his power and becomes Kamen Rider Gavv.
