It has now been three years since the death of your parents and the discovery of a "royal family murder"--but since then, you've been living quite a normal life. You're still working at the Lucky Cat Cafe, you're still hanging out with your new friends, and you and Hiro have been deemed--by the gang--the cutest couple in history.

Now you are a senior at San Fransokyo High, and prom night is fast approaching. But things aren't going so well for you. Shortly after a long-lost childhood friend makes a reappearance, your guardian goes missing, and you and Hiro immediately head to the other side of the country to rescue him, only to learn a terrible secret about him and the city that he is held captive in that makes your world collapse even further.
