After Michael manages to prevent God from performing the rapture, things all go down hill from there.

As a new threat emerges from deep down in ancient textbooks and celestial history, a hidden truth is revealed that could disrupt the fabric of time, literally. 

While in the midst of all this, God's master plan to team up with the head of exorcist's Lute, and one of the Archangels to exterminate all of hell and kill Lucifer and his daughter, Charlotte Morningstar, lead to more unsettlement between heaven and hell and all of the seven archangels.
