The Human League: Guild Book

Our mission:

To spread awareness about the acceptable uses of AI - and its unacceptable abuses.

To connect and support Wattpad contest judges, contest hosts, reviewers, and editors who believe books should be written by human writers and edited by human editors, not generated and/or polished by AI.

To certify and register as AUTHORED BY HUMAN books that have been submitted to us for examination, so that readers and judges can be confident that what they are seeing is real writing.

To boldly go where no one has gone before!

(Okay, maybe not that last one.)

FYI: The Human League is not a community. It is a guild (which sounds fancier than "a handful of toaster-hating, grammar-vigilante editors and contest judges with opinions"). As such, we are not open to affiliation, we do not host contests or other events, and we do not recruit or hire people for positions. This guild book is here purely to make coherent what we do and why we do it. It also contains a form for authors to fill out if Certified Human status is requested
