Alberto writes a Luca letter confessing his love to him while he's at school, however two years go by without a response. Until one day, the secrets within the letter all come spilling out at once the summer after Luca and Guilia graduate. Will things ever be the same?
I've been struggling with writers block trying to get back into it, I hope you all enjoy.

Human Luca x Sea monster Alberto AU Luca lived in Potoroso with his family and they were very poor but Luca continuing his studies he will work hard to provide for his family one day, as a child Grandma Paguro would tell him stories about the sea monsters, they had treasure, life under the sea and much more even the kraken the ruler and they live in Isla del mare the forbidden island they were all forbidden to go to. One day Ercole the richest man in all Potoroso hired a crew on his boat to help him to go to Isla del mare despite the rumors and Lorenzo decided to go because of financial issues they were having and Ercole was cruel and tricked them to get what he was after the riches of the sea monsters all to himself. But that cause a big problem when they got caught and they were sent back home but they told the town about the deal they've made in order for them to keep some riches they deeply desire they must make a trade, to keep what they desire they must leave someone who they admire, but they must come willingly, Lorenzo told his family and Luca instantly knew what it means and he sacrificed himself to save his home and family. When he got to isla del mare he met Alberto who suddently had a quick liking to Luca and he looks familiar somehow. Ercole plan to still get everything to be more rich even if it means sacrificing others and murder. Luca and Alberto seems to be getting close every day but they didn't know if it is real love or not. But with Ercole's wrath and the sea monsters warning, this might lead to war. And Alberto was having a different kind of change but trying to conceal it. What will happen? What is Ercole willing to do? Are Luca and Alberto really in love? Why is Luca so familiar to Alberto? Will the war destroy everything and everyone they love? Will Luca see his family again? What change is Alberto concealing? BOOK HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED!! Luca and Alberto have been childhood friends since Luca followed Alberto up onto the shore. They've shared memories over the years and when Luca and Guilia were here to finally stay at Portorosso. Of the courses of years where Alberto would write to Luca, he'd also become quite the artist. It was easy to see a mile away that Alberto was naturally gifted, born to be an artist. And when handed such a talent, Alberto took the chance to go to a good boarding school for artists and such. But it came at a cost. Leaving Luca and everyone he loved behind. Luca was a different story. He'd joined his school choir the first year he went to school with Guilia. His voice was like angels and he was able to get his name out there. He took himself more seriously and decided while Alberto was away he'd take the opportunity and become a singer. A few years pass and Alberto returns home from his schooling to find Luca is off in the world, singing to hundreds of Theatres, bringing in some of the most famous people to listen to him only. He searches for Luca and they instantly click, only this time, now being older they take action in that feeling they once shared for each other. But of course, there's always someone who has their eye on someone else to ruin someone's career. When both are caught they must decide whether they choose to be together or devote themselves to their passions and never be seen in public together. I won't be continuing this story. There won't be anymore updates or anything like that. Nothing against anyone, I've just lost interest in it and the movie. Thanks for all the positive comments and feedback 💖 Ever since Luca and Giulia came back from school, both he and Alberto have been feeling something that was hard for them to explain, or even figure out. Every time they were around each other, this feeling grew stronger. Alberto ignores this, but Luca, as curious as he was, wanted to know what he'd been feeling inside for so long. Even before seeing Alberto again, he'd been experiencing these new feelings. They knew everyone was comfortable with them being sea monsters, but what would they do if they found out something else about them? Something that...could possibly put them both in danger again. -Just so u know, Alberto is 15, Luca is 14, and Giulia is 14 in this story. (at first I thought she was 12 in the movie 💀) -Most of the story is just going to be them figuring out their feelings for each other, but there will be some fluff/romance.
