After an awful decision River Carter moves in with his aunt right next door to golden boy Logan Matthews. The two of them couldn't be more different. Logan being the handsome and charming golden retriever and captain of the basketball team. River being the freaky outcast with black and red dyed hair, dark clothes and jewelery and the most depressing mood.
But after a short but thoughtfull interaction the pair grows closer and closer.
Is it possible that they aren't as different as they thought they were?

How could he be so weak that a boy, the same age as him, who seemed to have the same ideas and hatred toward himself as he, could keep him from stepping off? The other simply gently led him to his vehicle and took out a water bottle out of the backseat. The boy took it and looked at it suspiciously. "It's untampered, look, it's still sealed." Upon seeing this, the boy opened it and took a few sips of water. "Thank you. For the water." The savior smiled. "It's nothing much." He shrugged. "Have a phone?
