It was established to capture heinous criminals, or Supervillains as they were later dubbed. These thieves, who were first just bank robbers, gradually transformed into dangerous beings with unique talents. Others did it to torment the poor youngster, others did it out of retaliation against Y/N, and some did it to pillage the wealthy. But some of them... had selfish, if not lustful, motives. Y/N began to adapt his mind to the special combat arts to fight off the criminals both day and night. However, Y/N may have not known that most of these criminals were beautiful animal-based female villains who grew a loving bone for him. At first, they hated him for ruining their little operation but slowly began to see Y/N as more than just a nuisance, they saw him as a man who knows how to give a woman a good time. To face the thieves day and night, Y/N started modifying his mind to unique martial skills. However, it is possible that Y/N was unaware that the majority of these offenders were stunning, animal-based female baddies who developed a soft spot for him. At first, they despised him for upsetting their small affairs, but over time, they came to regard Y/N as more than just a bother; they saw him as a man who knows how to make a lady happy.
