summer mendes is a horrible decision maker and an even worse liar. she doesn't harbour many secrets from her tight-knit group of friends. however, we all have one secret that we hold deep under lock and key. maybe she was in denial, or maybe she was intentional, but she would never speak of her secret.

jj maybank knows summer's secret. he's not blind or stupid, and he loves summer mendes. he let's it go as much as he can, convinces himself she isn't that stupid, she wouldn't lie to him either. in the end, however, all secrets come out.
