Alma was tired of her life. She was middle aged, fat with so many problems. She married her husband young and love bloomed. He was her one and only and she still loved him after spending 25 years with him. Alma longed to change her life, get fit, eat well and spend more time enjoying life with her husband. How would you feel if you found yourself in a different place with no memory of how you got there? Well that happened to me and this is my story.
