(VIEWER DISCRESION IS ADVISED!!! TW: Violence, Self-Harm, Gender Dysphoria, and Other Themes! PLEASE take care of yourself!) Starlit Skies is based on an alternate version of the modern-day Netherlands (named Aegios) that covers the adventure that Quincey Merrill, heir to the throne, endures. At a young age, Stella Merrill passed, leaving their father to care for a child accustomed to their mother's teachings relating to the connection to the Celestial Titan, the being that brought their ancestors to Aegios. This connection resides as one of the key factors of the royal family's existence, as the tie is required to thrive onward to discover the meaning behind the original bringing of settlers- though when the country's downfall becomes more and more of a looming threat, the fact that the next ruler of the nation lacks this trait evolves into a much more of a danger. On top of this, Quincey begins to struggle with the eyes that peer all over them, alongside their struggles on the field of gender identity and what they desire in life- leading for them to draw away from their family and familiars. Amongst the chaos of the ruler's dilemma, both the traces of ancient history and enemies from the modern age begin to launch their attacks. The long-sealed great evil, the Greed's Embodiment, left their traces amongst the nation, and the after-effects of their hold on ancient Aegios resurface to the present. To the south-east, the Mutaria, a faction shrouded in mystery, seizes control over Miernachtion, transforming it into a bastion of their own. Claiming to save the world at any cost, their crude decisions mark them as an enemy to the people of Aegios, thus pushing forward another threat. As the nation's fortifications seem to grow weaker and weaker by the day, one major question arises, to of what will happen to our nation? Will Aegios push through and climb back out of the darkness with the guidance from the night sky- or will the nation fall into collapse?
