"Bhut kaam tha?" surprisingly, she asked so lovingly, and I nodded my head in agreement.

"Toh aap bhut thak bhi gaye honge," I nodded my head again in agreement.

"Toh aayiye, main aaj aapke pair daba deti hoon." Standing up to give me space.

"Arre, nhi nhi devi ji, mere pair mein koi dard nahi hai, main thik hoon."

"Arre aayiye na, main 2 min mein aapka sara dard bhaga dungi" she sounded like a devil in disguise. Well, I may have looked like an idiot, but I'm not that much of an idiot.

"Hum kya keh rahe the devi ji..." 

"AAYIYE," she said sternly; I knew this sound, which meant the end of the discussion.
