Scarlett Vanguard is a monster hunter who was bitten by a Vampire at a young age. However, she is only half Vampire due to a treatment that she was given that suppresses the Vampire transformation. But that is only one important part of the monster hunters. Ian Walters has to live with the burden of being a vampire. He knows that if someone found out what he truly was, then he would be as good as dead.
Darkened Day tells the story of six monster hunters and their quest to save the life of their friend. They go through many obstacles on the way and find out more about each other that could risk breaking the team apart. Also, they have to fight for the survival of the human race and protect them from Werewolves, Witches, and Vampires.
