Dick never thought his family would be brought into this life, he hadn't told anyone other than Wally about Percy or the kids. But now the agents want to bring Percy in, he didn't want this for her, she was retired and she had done enough. Dick thought two world ending events was enough for anybody, but he also knew Percy, she could never say no, not to her family.
