Deep in the Depths ONC 2025

When the starship Aurora finds themselves stranded on exoplanet 893, they realize the ocean planet isn't as isolated as they hoped it would be

When agriculture bioengineer Bessie Marvin is selected to join the starship Aurora to exoplanet 893, she hopes that the sacrifices of never seeing her family again are worth it to prevent the next draft tariff from ripping families apart. However, when a crash landing ends up isolating the crew, she's going to need Orion's help if she wants to save the only family she has left from the clutches of the dark ocean.

Orion has always wonder what was beyond the glowing lights of his world. So when one of them crash lands into the depths, he knows this is his chance to finally see if there's more to life then what his people insist. However, with truth comes sacrifices, and if Orion's not careful, the true monsters of the ocean may be the ones he's been living with all along.

When feelings and tension threaten to complicate matter, Bessie and Orion will have to decided if they're willing to stand their ground or give in to the pressures of the ocean's depths.
